Are there setup fees to get started?

Depending on your situation, you might need additional Data Migration support, which does come with an additional fee.

Does TreadCommand integrate with QuickBooksOnline and TaxJar?

Yes, with both! Treadcommand has a wide set of integrations, including QuickBooksOnline and Taxjar. Check out our "Resources" section for more info.

How many users can we have on TreadCommand?

In TreadCommand, each plan comes standard with 3 user profiles which can be used by 3 different people. However, each mobile tire van has 1 Managed Calendar assigned to it. For additional vans/managed calendars - our pricing per additional van management is listed on the plan comparison table on the pricing page.

How many vans can we have on a plan?

There are no limits on how many vans you can add to a plan. Each plan comes with a base number of vans managed. You can see this info on the comparison chart on the pricing page. The monthly price per additional managed van is shown on the plan comparison table on the pricing page.

Does TreadCommand have an App?

TreadCommand has an iOS and Android app built specifically for mobile tire technicians. You can download TreadCommand for Techs in the Apple app store or Google Play store by search for TreadCommand.

Where do you get your vehicle Year/Make/Model lookups and tire data?

TreadCommand automatically integrates with several data providers to gain access to up-to-date vehicle and tire related info as soon as it's available - keeping your site content accurate.
